IMPORTANT:  Things to do and forms to return in order to complete your child’s registration:

Fill out, sign and return the following forms:

     1. Student Registration form -Manila Paper

     2. Parent Contract - Manila Paper

     3. PTA Activity Form Purple Paper

     4. Student Application- filled out on both sides White Paper

• You must use the Blackbaud Tuition Management Program if not paying In Full  for the 2023-24 school year. Directions are enclosed for online registration. Any questions, please contact the Parish Office (732-462-0859)
• You must provide copies of your child’s immunization records, Birth certificate, and Baptismal certificate, (as well as any other sacraments received).

1. $225 Registration Fee PER CHILD

2. $85 PTA Fee – One per family
